Rayson SealForce SP200 is a hot spray-applied, 100% solids, rapid-curing pure polyurea membrane that forms a seamless, chemically resistant waterproof and protective lining on concrete and steel.
Best for tanks, below-grade structures, water containment, marine environments and roofs that need a seamless, fast-return, chemically resistant polyurea lining.
SealForce SP200 is Rayson's spray-grade pure polyurea: a two-component, 100% solids system that gels in seconds and builds a seamless, monolithic membrane over concrete and steel — including across field joints. It is placed by heated plural-component spray equipment and is put into light service within minutes.
The cured film combines high tensile strength, strong elongation and excellent impact, abrasion and puncture resistance with very low permeability, so it both waterproofs and protects — significantly extending the durability of the reinforced concrete and steel it covers. VOC content is very low.
It is specified for below-grade tanking, tank and waste-water linings, marine structures, roofs, containment and water features, and is suitable for potable-water contact when the substrate is primed with the specified potable-grade primer. As an aromatic polyurea it may discolour under UV, with no effect on performance.
A standalone product performs its job in a single application rather than as one layer of a multi-coat system.
The figures below are a guide for planning. Site conditions and workmanship affect results — confirm the details for your project with our technical team.
| Coverage | 1.0–3.0 litres/m² depending on specification; normal minimum 1.5 litres/m² (1.5 mm DFT external, 2.5–3.0 mm for water-retaining structures) |
|---|---|
| Mixing | Two components metered and mixed in the heated spray gun at a 1:1 volume ratio; block and hose temperature 60–70 °C, spray pressure 2000–2500 psi; do not dilute |
| Drying & curing | Gel time 5–10 seconds; walkable ~2 minutes; light traffic 15–20 minutes; post-cure 24 hours |
| Pack sizes | Part A 22.5 kg or 225 kg; Part B 21 kg or 212 kg |
No. It is a fast-gelling pure polyurea that must be placed by specialist applicators using heated, high-pressure plural-component spray equipment. For hand-applied waterproofing, use the roller-grade SealForce RC30 or RC40.
It gels in seconds and is walkable in about two minutes, taking light traffic in 15–20 minutes, with a 24-hour post-cure — one of the fastest returns to service of any waterproofing membrane.
It is suitable for potable-water contact when the substrate is primed with the specified potable-grade primer. Confirm the full potable system with our technical team for your project.
As an aromatic polyurea it can discolour under prolonged UV. This is cosmetic only and does not affect the waterproofing or physical performance; a UV-stable topcoat can be specified where appearance matters.
Typically 1.5 mm dry film for external waterproofing and 2.5–3.0 mm for water-retaining structures, from a coverage of about 1.5 litres/m² upward depending on the specification.
