About Rayson

About Rayson

A short, factual overview for clients, specifiers and contractors who are trying to understand the company before they specify a system.

Who is Rayson?

Rayson is a Singapore coatings manufacturer founded in 2026. We build high-performance protective systems for floors, walls, roofs and wet areas in industrial and commercial buildings.

What products does Rayson make?

Rayson manufactures primers, epoxy floor coatings, self-levelling systems, polyurethane finishes, polyurethane-cement screeds, water-based systems, polyurea waterproofing, anti-slip systems, static-control flooring, sports coatings and repair compounds.

Does Rayson make automotive coatings?

No. Rayson focuses on protective coatings for floors, walls and structures in buildings and industrial facilities. We do not offer automotive refinish products.

Choosing a coating system

Choosing a coating system

These answers help users move from the surface problem to a suitable Rayson family faster.

How do I choose the right Rayson coating?

Start with the substrate and the conditions it faces: traffic, chemicals, moisture, UV, cleaning method and the finish you need. Use the product selector or contact us with the project details and we will narrow the options to a practical Rayson system.

Can you help compare systems before I specify a product?

Yes. Share the surface type, exposure, traffic level and any hygiene, slip-resistance or chemical requirements. We can then compare the relevant families and explain which system fits the job best.

What information should I send for a quick recommendation?

The most useful details are the surface type, floor area, current condition, traffic level, chemical exposure, indoor or outdoor use, finish or colour target, work window and site photos. The more exact the brief, the more precise the recommendation.

Documents and technical data

Documents and technical data

These are the facts people need when they are checking coverage, mixing, curing or document availability.

Where can I get coverage, mixing and cure times?

Each product page and technical data sheet lists the key figures, including coverage, mixing, drying and curing, pack sizes and system role. Because results depend on substrate and site conditions, we recommend confirming the figures for your specific project before specification or order.

Are technical data sheets available for every product?

Yes. Every Rayson product has a technical data sheet in the Technical Resources section. The sheet gives the product description, uses, substrates, system role, application details and key figures.

Can I get a safety data sheet (SDS)?

Rayson SDS documents are in preparation. We only publish an SDS when it is complete and accurate. For current safety documentation on any product, email [email protected] or call +65 9821 9129.

Project planning and support

Project planning and support

These answers cover installation timing, climate fit, maintenance and how to request a quote.

Do you supply and apply, or only manufacture?

Rayson is a coatings manufacturer. We support specifiers, contractors and facility teams with product selection, system choices and technical guidance. Tell us your project and we will point you to the right family and product, and where relevant help you plan the application.

How long does a coating take to install?

It depends on the system, the area, the substrate condition and the available access window. Multi-coat systems need time between coats and a cure period before return to service. Share your programme with us and we will help you map a realistic sequence.

Do your coatings suit the Singapore climate?

Yes. Singapore humidity, heat and heavy-use conditions shape our recommendations: moisture-tolerant primers where slabs cannot be fully dried, UV-stable finishes for exposed areas and low-odour water-based options for occupied buildings.

How do I maintain a coated floor?

Clean with neutral products that suit the floor texture, deal with spills promptly and inspect high-traffic areas on a schedule so worn zones are recoated before the substrate is exposed. Product and industry pages include maintenance guidance where relevant.

Which areas do you serve?

Rayson is based in Singapore and focused on Singapore projects and conditions.

What warranty do you offer?

Warranty depends on the product, the system, the substrate and how the floor is installed and used, so it is agreed on a project basis rather than quoted as a blanket figure.

How do I get a specification or quote?

Use the Request a Quote form with your project details, or contact us directly on +65 9821 9129 (phone or WhatsApp) or [email protected].

Project brief checklist

What to send if you want a fast, accurate recommendation

The more complete the brief, the more accurate the system recommendation. A few photos and basic site data are usually enough to start.

  • Surface type and current condition
  • Area, layout or drawing reference
  • Traffic level and cleaning method
  • Chemical, moisture or UV exposure
  • Indoor, outdoor or wet-area use
  • Finish, colour or slip resistance target
  • Work window or shutdown schedule
  • Photos of the site and existing coating
