Rayson SealForce SP210 is a hot spray-applied, 100% solids pure polyurea membrane that forms a seamless, potable-grade waterproof lining on concrete and steel tanks, reservoirs and containment structures.
Best for potable-water tanks and reservoirs, sewage digesters, secondary containment and water towers needing a seamless, certified, fast-setting spray lining.
SealForce SP210 is Rayson's potable-grade spray polyurea: a two-component, 100% solids elastomer applied by heated spray plant that sets in seconds to a seam-free membrane on concrete and steel. It is certified for contact with drinking water (WRAS / BS 6920 in the UK), making it a lining as much as a coating.
The membrane develops high tensile strength and a hard, tough surface with strong tear and abrasion resistance, so it lines structures that see both water and mechanical wear. It walks on in minutes and reaches full cure within a few days, keeping tanks and containment out of service for the shortest possible time.
Typical duties are sealing concrete and steel tanks and structures, secondary containment linings, external waterproofing of water towers and reservoir roofs, and lining sewage digesters. It is placed at a 1:1 volume ratio by specialist spray applicators.
A standalone product performs its job in a single application rather than as one layer of a multi-coat system.
The figures below are a guide for planning. Site conditions and workmanship affect results — confirm the details for your project with our technical team.
| Coverage | 1.0 litre/m² per mm dry film; typically 1.5 mm wet film in one coat |
|---|---|
| Mixing | Two components metered and mixed in the heated spray gun at a 1:1 volume ratio (1.12:1 by weight); components pre-heated to ~25 °C and hoses controlled to about 70 °C; Part B power-mixed before use |
| Drying & curing | Gel time 5–20 s at 60 °C; walk-on ~10 minutes at 20 °C; light duty ~4 hours; 100% cure ~4 days (WRAS use requires 20 days at 7 °C minimum) |
| Pack sizes | 400 litre unit (Part A + Part B) |
Yes — it is certified for potable-water contact (WRAS to BS 6920 in the UK). Potable compliance depends on following the full specified cure regime, which our technical team will confirm for your project.
By specialist applicators using heated plural-component spray equipment, metering the two parts at a 1:1 volume ratio with hoses controlled to around 70 °C. It is not a hand-applied product.
It walks on in about ten minutes and takes light duty within hours, with full cure in a few days — though potable-water certification requires an extended cure period before filling.
About six months from shipment when kept in sealed original containers in a dry store. Because that is shorter than many coatings, plan deliveries to the programme and check dates before spraying.
Both are sprayed pure polyureas. SP210 is selected where drinking-water certification and a hard, abrasion-tough tank lining are the priority; SP200 is the general-purpose sprayed membrane for below-grade, marine and containment waterproofing.
